The following is a description of services:

Trash and recycling pickups are on Wednesdays except for weeks with holidays in which pickups will be one day later in the week. Recognized Holidays are as follows – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. Trash waste is picked up weekly. Recycling is picked up every other week.

Yard Waste Guidelines:

Weekly picks are scheduled throughout the year, with the exception of the period from the second week of January through February, during which picks are made on-call based on individual resident needs.

Acceptable yard waste includes only grass clippings, twigs, and small limbs that are properly cut and bundled. Place your yard waste in biodegradable paper bags or create a bundle no larger than 18 inches in diameter and not exceeding 4 feet in length. Individual items should not weigh more than 60 pounds, and there is a limit of 10 bags or bundles of yard waste per resident per week. When bundling limbs, please use twine instead of wire.

Hedge apples, walnuts, and gumballs are collected as yard waste in compost bags, with a maximum weight of 25 pounds (normal bag limits still apply).

For any additional items requiring disposal, a sticker must be attached, which can be purchased from Waste Management in sheets of 10 (up to 10 stickered bags per week).
