Verona Gardens Management 

The Young Management Group (YMG) has been serving Verona Gardens since September 1, 2017.In addition to standard management duties, YMG also handles vendor coordination, project oversight, proposal solicitation, third-party information requests, and other support tasks as needed.

Caleb Hecker is the designated property manager for Verona Gardens. She serves as the primary contact for residents and association members regarding neighborhood concerns, account updates, and third-party inquiries. Any matters requiring board attention are promptly communicated to the board by YMG.

Report Mailbox Damage:
Please use the form below to provide details regarding any damage to a mailbox post. Repairs for such damage can result in significant costs for our Homeowners Association, so accurate reporting is essential.

If your mailbox has been damaged in an accident, please collect all relevant information, including the driver's name, vehicle description, license plate number, insurance details, date of the accident, and a police report (if applicable).

We kindly ask that you include this information in the description section to ensure thorough documentation. If you have any photos of the incident, please note this, as YMG will follow up with you to collect them. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
