Report Neighborhood Issues

As of September 1, 2017, the Young Management Group (YMG) took on the services of our previous management company, plus additional activities including vendor management, project management, proposal solicitation, fielding of third-party requests for information and other tasks as needed.  

Tawny Huddleston is the YMG designated Verona Gardens property manager and the contact point for residents/association members for most issues needing attention in the neighborhood, for correction of account information as well as for third-party inquiries.  Residents can be assured that issues significant enough to require board attention will also be promptly shared with the board.

Report Mailbox Damage:
Please provide details regarding any damage to a mailbox post using the form below. It's important to note that repairs for such damages often result in significant costs for our Homeowners Association. If you have any information related to the individual or company responsible, we kindly request that you include them in the description section for thorough documentation.
